Minimum Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Job Overview

As part of the engineering team of Qualcomm China, mainly focus on robotics platform, AMR, ARM and Humanoid robot, we are looking for talents who will be responsible for robotics algorithm development on Qualcomm's snapdragon chipset.  
 

The work scope includes but not limit to:

  • Robotics path planning and navigation algorithm development like Hybrid A*, DWA.
  • Robotics motion control algorithm development like gait planning, MPC, WBC.
  • Robotic fundamental feature design and development like motor control, base control.
  • Co-work with global teams to identify issues and fix bugs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Familiar one of the path-planning and navigation methods like Hybrid A*, DWA.
  • Familiar one of the control methods like motor control, robot dynamics and control, robot kinematics, MPC, WBC, etc.
  • Good at mathematics.
  • Good sense of responsibility and teamwork.
  • Good C/C++/Python language skill.

Preferred Qualifications              

  • Familiar Humanoid robot software and algorithm development is a plus.
  • Familiar AMR path planning and navigation algorithms is a plus.
  • Familiar motor control or robot arm control is a plus.
  • Experience with software design projects is a plus.
  • Experience on four-wheel-based robot Humanoid robot product is a plus.

Education Requirements

Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering with 6+ years’ experiences.

Preferred: Master's, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering with 3+ years’ experiences.
