The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced and innovative IT Manager to lead cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise for the Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Services Integration Directorate (NC4SI) at Headquarters Department of the Army, Deputy Chief of Staff (HQDA, DCS) G-6. In this role, you will assist with oversight and synchronization of Army IT initiatives, supporting military operations. You will work closely with senior leaders to provide strategic, operational, and technical guidance, drive technology advancements, and manage key IT modernization and cloud migration efforts.This position offers the opportunity to engage with senior leadership, influence important decisions, and drive significant technological advancements. As an IT Manager, you will play a key role in advancing Army IT modernization, engaging with military and civilian leaders, and ensuring the success of high-priority projects that have a lasting impact on Army operations and technology.Responsibilities:As an IT Manager, you will: • Lead and mentor teams of technical subject matter experts and functional professionals to deliver successful Army IT initiatives. • Serve as a liaison between government personnel, contractors, and senior leadership to ensure timely and effective project delivery. • Assist with oversight of resource allocation and project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. • Manage project schedules, risks, and issues, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with Army priorities. • Drive IT modernization and cloud migration initiatives, ensuring they align with Army IT policies, strategies, and operational needs. • Facilitate meetings and workgroups to address complex IT challenges, collaborating with senior leadership to provide actionable recommendations. • Collaborate with government personnel to ensure IT services and applications are aligned with Army strategic priorities and comply with policies. • Ensure high-quality project documentation, including technical papers, policy documents, and reports, adhering to Army and DoD standards. • Work with cross-functional teams to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.Qualifications: • Active Secret clearance required. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or related field. • Minimum 10 years of professional management experience. • Proven experience working with government officials, military leaders (O-6 and above), and Senior Executive Service (SES) personnel. • DoD-specific experience required, with a deep understanding of DoD IT systems, processes, and strategic priorities. • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects related to cloud migration, enterprise IT, and network modernization. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with military and civilian leaders, translating concepts into clear, actionable insights. • Leadership and team-building skills, with proven success in leading diverse, cross-functional teams. • Expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise IT strategies. • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices, enterprise application rationalization, and technology roadmaps. • Familiarity with Pentagon processes, Army tasking systems, and staff action package coordination.Nice to Have: • Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or Agile certifications. • Joint Staff, Service Headquarters, or OSD experience as an O-4 minimum. • CompTIA Security+, ITIL, or similar certifications.-______________________________________________________________________________

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
