Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Java Developer to join a federal program based in Annapolis Junction, MD on a HYBRID basis.

**THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.**

Responsibilities of the Java Developer:

• Software design and development of new enhancements for an existing software system
• Analysis and resolution of reported system issues
• Working with a team to cover help desk for the product
• Work together with a distributed team via web conferencing

Qualifications of the Java Developer:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering using web technologies (Java, JavaScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS)
• Experience in MS SQL Server database development including DB design, coding of stored procedures, and development of complex queries
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, etc.
• Must hold an active Secret clearance

Compensation for the Java Developer:

• Salary: $65,000-100,000/year *flexible based on experience*
