What You’ll Do:

Are you ready to apply your expertise in software development to help shape the future of mission-critical systems? Join our dynamic team in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge mission management applications built on cloud-native, microservices architectures. As a software developer on this program, you’ll collaborate with multiple product teams and immerse yourself in modern development practices, working within an agile framework to support and modernize mission management systems for our customers.

You will focus on developing microservices and a user interface (UI) for data-rich applications with complex workflows. Your role will involve writing automated tests, deploying to an automated DevSecOps pipeline, and contributing to the technical direction of the project.

Key Technologies You Will Work With:

  • Java, JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Frontend frameworks like Vue.js and Bootstrap

  • ElasticSearch, Hibernate

  • Automated testing tools (Mockito, JUnit, Cypress, etc.)

  • Databases (MySQL, Redis)

  • Source control and issue tracking tools (Git, GitLab, Jira, Confluence)

  • DevSecOps pipeline tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify)

What You’ll Bring:

  • Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience

  • Experience: At least 7 years of software development experience

  • Location: Must be available to work in-person at the CACI facility in Sterling, VA

Technical Skills:

  •   Experience in either front-end or back-end development (with a willingness to work across the full stack)

  •   Proficiency in Java development

  •   Familiarity with Linux operating systems

Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working effectively in a team environment

Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve existing skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

  • Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing tools

  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, Redis, etc.

  • Experience with Git and GitLab for version control

  • Current Security+ certification

$102,900 - $216,200
