Reports To:   Logistics Lead

Amount of Travel Required:      5%

Work Schedule:      Mon – Fri 8 hours

POSTION SUMMARY: This position coordinates the movement and distribution of supplies and materials for as a shared service for the Beusa Family of companies. Expected to handle the entire delivery process of products by scheduling both inbound and outbound shipments and constantly monitoring them to make sure each product arrives on time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word 'May.')

  • Planning and monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Organizing freight, and processing shipments.
  • Responding to any issues or complaints.
  • Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
  • Ensuring that requested goods are delivered to the appropriate requester on time.
  • Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services, as necessary.
  • Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes.
  • Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL

  • High School degree; and 1-2 years’ experience
