General Summary:

This Sales Enablement role focuses on the PC category and involves leading content creation to help accelerate commercial and enterprise vertical channel sales. The position requires regular collaboration with stakeholders to create and deploy materials such as presentations, case studies, whitepapers, one-pagers, battle cards, and retail marketing assets. The ideal candidate should have PC industry experience, be knowledgeable in content delivery and activation strategies, and excel in cross-functional management with experience overseeing third-party agencies. The ability to be strategic as well as hands-on crafting sales materials for different PC buyer audiences, and experience with content localization will both be highly advantageous. Expertise with a sales enablement platform and in sales enablement as a practice is a benefit.

Responsibilities:
•    Manage Global and north America commercial channel partner marketing relationships & input to sales enablement PC content strategy.
•    Drive sales content creation for the commercial PC channel
•    Extend sales tools across industry verticals and regions
•    Drive external creative agencies in the delivery of a wide range PC channel sales tools and communications 
•    Report on content delivery and content performance, and optimize programs as needed

•    Proven experience in developing and implementing channel marketing and sales enablement programs, tools, and processes. Strong thought leadership, influential communication skills, and a capacity to guide and direct field-facing initiatives 
•    Collaborates horizontally and vertically with internal stakeholders to gain buy in and alignment and solicits input regarding priorities and resources needed to deliver desired outcomes for capitalizing on industry trends across the product portfolio. Contributes to the creation and alignment of internal incentives programs and KPIs. 
•    Proven effective project management capability in a highly-matrixed, customer-centric organization
•    Always focused on doing what’s right for the business. High energy and contagious enthusiasm. Willing to take on tough projects and challenges. 
 

This is an office based position located in San Diego, CA.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing or business 

OR

  • Professional qualifications in marketing or business that can be considered equivalent
  • Experience in the PC industry
  • Specific experience in a sales enablement function
  • Experience of PC GTM motion, esp withcommercial channels 
  • Experience at a semiconductor company or embedded device manufacturers
  • Proficient at activating with agency partners
  • Demonstrated project leadership skills
  • Open and motivated to work in a new and evolving practice, taking ownership of key initiatives

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$133,500.00 - $200,300.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
