This role provides operations support as a liaison between NWPS and new clients, including plan transfers, start-up plans, or plan mergers. They serve as the main implementation liaison to internal departments and will be responsible for communicating the plan strategy, asset transfer, and payroll specifications to the clients.
Eligible for hybrid or remote work environments. For candidates seeking a remote environment, directly related work experience is required (i.e., proficiency with Relius Recordkeeping system).
