The Opportunity:

CACI has an immediate opening for a Manager/ Analyst to support the Naval Aviation Production Process Sustainment (NAPP S) efforts undertaken by the Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) in the Pensacola, FL location. This position is administratively assigned to Naval Aviation Schools Command (NASC), located at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of Naval Introductory Flight Evaluation (NIFE) production with NASC, USCG Liaison Office, USMC (MATSG), and IMT Office, while supervising six personnel ensuring effective administrative support for security matters, the anthropometric program.

     

Support actions shall include:

  • Manage NIFE flight training enrollment and documentation, monitor student and civilian Flight Training School performance, maintain availability for rapid resolution to questions from students, training providers and military supervisors, and provide routine administrative tasks. 

  • Answer inquiries on all aspects of the NIFE Flight Phase program and provide recommendations for NIFE improvements. Provide data analysis on student production as it relates to the NAPP, and related matters to the NASC Commanding Officer, Task Group Accessions and Start Controls Senior Functional Analyst and Task Group Primary Senior Functional Analyst.  

  • Supervise the support provided to NASC Security Manager to prepare and review submissions of all required background investigation packages and special access program questionnaires for students reporting to NASC, and provide coordination and oversight for the Anthropometric Specialist Support Specialist requirements to ensure program compliance

Qualifications:

Required: 

1.  Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience and four years of related (project support or management) experience.

This experience must include:

  • Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results and ensuring policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders

  • Familiarity with and ability to properly enter and extract student training production data from NIPDR, CeTARS, and other Navy training management and reporting systems.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate proficiency with Word and PowerPoint along with basic experience with Access.

  • Familiarity with web browser technologies and common data entry requirements, Windows operating systems, and communicating/connectivity within the NMCI environment.

  • Strong information management and analytical thinking skills and be comfortable and productive in a fast-paced environment.

     

2.  Must be able to obtain/maintain Information Assurance (IA) user certification after obtaining NMCI user account.

 

Desired:

  • Former Navy Pilot / NFO background with experience in Navy Aviation Training Commands.

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; personable team player. Mature, analytical thinker.

  • Experience in data analysis.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000 - $117,500
