Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Forensics Systems Support Analyst to join our team supporting a Global Government Client in Kearneysville, WV. This role is fully onsite. The Forensics Systems Support Analyst will join in leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive transformation strategy to bolster Digital Forensics capabilities.

Responsibilities of the Forensics Systems Support Analyst:

• Accountable for meeting assigned project objectives, including timelines and budgeting for projects of moderate to advanced complexity.
• Perform functional testing of new systems and procedures, develop and implement operational tests and assessments, and maintain functional and operating documentation.
• Leverage experience in IT and related technologies such as VMware, Nutanix, Azure, and AWS that are pertinent to the required area of expertise.
• Provide technical support to ensure the ongoing efficient and reliable operation of information systems supporting investigations.

Necessary Qualifications for the Forensics Systems Support Analyst:

• 3+ years of experience (or degree in lieu of experience)
• Proficiency in Digital Forensics, forensic tools, and systems.
• Experience in Virtualization, both on-premises (e.g., VMware, Nutanix) and off-premises solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS), including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions (e.g., Citrix, Horizon).
• Experienced in networking, including Cisco and Fortinet products.
• Certifications: Formalized Digital Forensic trainings/certifications (preferred, not required)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
• Clearance: Current and Active Secret

Compensation for the Forensics Systems Support Analyst:

• Salary: $85k-$105k (dependent on experience)
