Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Firewall Consultant based out of Plano, TX. The Firewall Consultant is responsible for the migration and optimization of legacy to Palo Alto NGFWs.

Responsibilities of the Firewall Consultant includes:

• Migrate and optimize Palo Alto network security measures for an external customer
• Implement and optimize Panorama for firewall management/configuration.
• Implement and optimize Global Protect
• Configure, implement and maintain the Security Operating Platform.

Qualifications for the Firewall Consultant includes:

• 6+ years of Palo Alto network security engineering experience
• PCNSE is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred

Compensation for the Firewall Consultant includes:

• Salary: $135,000 - $143,000 **depending on experience**
