Job Description Summary:

The Payments Senior Manager will create, measure and suggest improvements to Card and Bank Platform KPIs focusing on improving day-to-day operations.
Also, will support the local Head of Payments on specific projects with both Acquirers and Financial Partners in order to keep a positive relationship with them and foster new business initiatives
• Partner with local and global teams to support the day-to-day operations

Job Description:

Objectives:

  • Create, measure and suggest improvements to Card and Bank Platform KPIs focusing on improving day-to-day operations.

  • Support the local Head of Payments on  specific projects with both Acquirers and Financial Partners in order to keep a positive relationship with them and foster new business initiatives

  • Partner with local and global teams to support the day-to-day operations

  • Lead the analytics support for the Payments team in Mexico and all their relevant stakeholders

  • Deliver the most relevant inputs for the calculation of the transaction expense in Mexico and lead cost optimization projects

You will need to:

  • Create measurable KPI’s that guide decision making for the Card and Bank Platform

  • Track specific KPI´s and monitor effectiveness of Card and Bank Platform

  • Suggest improvements to current processes

  • Track of local and global industry environment

  • Monitor operations and chargeback processes with our domestic partners

  • Keep track on several project execution

  • Partner with our Customer Service and Sales team to support on problems related with daily operations

  • Manages the partner contracts and business relationship going forward

  • Cross Functional activities (legal, operations, technology, finance, commercial, etc)

  • Constant Business Development

Qualifications:

  • Senior Student or Graduate in:

  • Industrial / Mechanical Engineering

  • Business Administration / Finance

  • Computer Engineering

  • Applied Mathematics

  • SQL / Excel

  • Passionate about

  • Technological developments

  • Big Data & Analytics

  • Payments

  • Strong analytical background & proven project management experience

  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial & self-driven personality

  • Flexibility to work in dynamic, task & result driven environment
