Job Description:

CACI seeks a PKI Support Agent - Field Service Technician who will support Navy Certificate Validation Infrastructure (NCVI).

The Opportunity:

 

In this role, you will monitor, track, and report IAVMs, CVEs, and the fulfillment of EXORD/ CTO requirements as these relate to “scan-patch-scan” Cyber operations.

Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring network equipment
• Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected
• Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to customers and management
• Ensure that an organization's server and desktop infrastructure is maintained and functional so that mission-critical applications are accessible
• Aid engineers and end users of the infrastructure that has been set up.
• Liaise with users of infrastructure when they have system outages.
• Ensure servers are on the latest security patch to prevent unauthorized access.
• Manages all IAVA and ACAS scans from the site. 
• Support ISEA with updates when deployed and gives the status of accounts while on site.
• Test software releases from Engineers and create a guide for Sailors to follow when deploying releases.

Qualifications:

Required: 

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Security Plus Certification
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Desired:

• A BA/BS with 5 years of relevant work experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$53,200 - $111,600
