The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Production Support professional to provide Tier II and Tier III support for the Operations, Maintenance and Automation Team for a federal agency.  This role is remote and will support a 12,000+ user community.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for Momentum Financials (AIX) and Sunflower Asset Management (Windows) applications to improve overall stability and resiliency of these critical business applications.  The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting Tier II and Tier III incident tickets to triage and resolve complex, high impact production issues.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • Experience with Unix and Visual Basic
  • Experience with basic SQL and shell scripting
  • Experience with error log reading and technical configuration
  • Experience with responding to monitoring alerts and asset 

Desired:

  • Experience with an incident management applications (Remedy, Rational, Serena)
  • Experience supporting Momentum Financials (AIX) and Sunflower Asset Management (Windows)
  • AWS basic cloud concepts, core services (e.g., Amazon EC2), security fundamentals, and the ability to navigate the AWS Management Console

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$47,100-$96,500
