Job Summary:
Under limited supervision, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to support Experienced Advisor Programs by proactively identifying and developing strategies that enhance the quality of educational/training programs, processes and services. May lead large or multiple projects with potentially significant scope and business impact. Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems. Results are evaluated at agreed upon milestones for effectiveness in achieving specified results. Extensive contact with internal customers and external partners is required to identify, research, analyze and support training and program reporting needs.

Basic network infrastructure, sufficient to troubleshoot technical issues related to educational software and classroom set up.
Concepts, principles and practices of the financial services industry.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
Bachelor%26rsquos Degree in related discipline and a minimum of eight (8) years%26rsquo related experience such as training, learning and development, coaching or program management.

Licenses/Certifications:
SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.
Series 7, 66 or 63/65.
