Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to join our team supporting a Global Government Client in Arlington, VA. This role is fully onsite. The Program Manager will join in leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

  • Manage and oversee contractor and subcontractor activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and interface.
  • Implement and uphold management and quality processes to meet performance, cost, and schedule goals.
  • Prepare monthly status reports, integrated program reviews, and project management plans.
  • Participate in technical and project management meetings, and support program transition services.

Necessary Qualifications for the Program Manager:

  • Proficient in managing performance-based and award-fee contracts.
  • Skilled in directing complex, interrelated project tasks.
  • Experienced in formulating and reviewing task plans and deliverables, particularly within the U.S. military or federal government.
  • Adept at supervising and managing substantive projects requiring operational and analytical support.
  • Capable of integrating projects effectively in an operational environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • Clearance: Current and Active Secret

Compensation for the Program Manager:

  • Salary: $200k-$230k (dependent on experience)
