Emerging Leaders | The Emerging Leaders program at CACI focuses on essential leadership traits for individual contributors and small team leads, covering self-awareness, business strategy, inclusive collaboration, effective communication, and embracing change. Participants will enhance their readiness for future leadership roles and contribute to CACI's success in the defense and intelligence industry.

Fierce Conversations | The Fierce Conversations program enhances communication skills for CACI managers, enabling impactful conversations that foster growth and collaboration. Participants can choose from various modules, including resilience, feedback, and accountability, tailored to their specific needs. The program promotes an open culture of honest dialogue, empowering leaders to address challenges and improve team dynamics.

Lead People | The Lead People program is designed for leaders managing teams of three or more contributors, focusing on the development of management skills, a leadership mindset, and business acumen. Participants engage in pre-work with curated Skillsoft learning journeys, followed by eight virtual modules (2.5 hours each) and culminate in a day-long in-person capstone session.
