Reports To: Director Operations & Asset Management

Location: AMP – Field (All Texas and Oklahoma)

Amount of Travel Required: >70%

Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday) overtime as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The QC/Asset Integrity Specialist oversees the integration of turbine power, reciprocating power, and hybridization gear assets throughout the manufacturing process. This role ensures adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance from production to installation and operation. The QC/Asset Integrity Specialist works closely with affiliate companies, third-party vendors, engineering, operations, and safety teams to implement, monitor, and refine quality assurance and control procedures. This position identifies and addresses deviations from quality standards, ensuring all assets and processes comply with industry regulations and company requirements, with a focus on maintaining the reliability, safety, and efficiency of the company's fleet.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word 'may.')

  • Ensure all assets, including turbine power, reciprocating power, and hybridization gear, are built to the highest quality standards by coordinating with various vendors and internal teams.
  • Verify that all parts and equipment sourced from different vendors are properly integrated into the manufacturing process, meeting company standards for performance and safety.
  • Track and ensure adherence to targeted production dates by coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors, addressing any issues that could cause delays.
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment and ancillary components are in place and fully operational to meet production and operational needs.
  • Meet regularly with third-party vendors to ensure they meet manufacturing deadlines and that their products comply with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Perform regular inspections, audits, and tests on all assets to identify and rectify any deviations  from quality standards.
  • Collaborate with affiliate companies, engineering, operations, and safety teams to develop, monitor, and refine quality assurance and quality control procedures.
  • Ensure that all manufacturing processes and final products comply with relevant industry regulations and company requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection results, audits, and corrective actions and provide regular reports to management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in quality assurance and control, and lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure successful operations and business continuity.

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successfully passes background check, pre-employment drug screening, an any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
    • Engineering
    • Renewable Energy
  • Certification and/or Equivalent Work Experience
    • Business Management
    • Business Administration
  • Power Generation Background
  • Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in field or related field

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products
