CACI is hiring a Quality Construction Manager - Guam to perform construction quality and project management of CACI CAMMO contract construction efforts at Guam Tracking Station (GTS).   

The Opportunity:

 

In this part-time on-call position you will oversee CACI subcontractors during the Anderson Air Force Base construction permit application process and the performance and completion of all associated construction tasks. 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the CACI CAMMO Deputy Program Manager and will work closely with the Five Rivers Guam Program Manager, their Guam subcontractors, Durability Engineering, and the GTS Space Force Site Commander and CAMMO Contract personnel. 
  • Ensuring that construction projects meet safety and quality standards and have oversight of contractor performance for GTS-B Decommission, Demolition, and Power Relocation, and GTS-C Ringwall Repair and Blower Replacement tasks.
  • Inspect projects before, during, and after construction to ensure compliance with safety and quality specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a quality control (QC) plan, track findings through documents and forms, and supervise construction work, and represent CACI in quality-related matters. 
  • Conduct audits on projects and paperwork, review and comment on construction plans, evaluate noncompliance with safety plans, and work to create an injury-free workplace. 

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • A US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance
  • A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
  • Five years of experience in construction work or as a graduate engineer or architect.
  • Proficiency in office software, fluent English skills, and experience in analyzing project plans.

  • An active DOD Secret Clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$60,400 - $126,900
