Job Description:

The Opportunity:

Under the direction of the Government, the Contractor shall provide support to IMSO's Records Information Management Program by providing project management, training, and customer and technical support to ensure that the NRO offices are fully compliant with Federal laws, regulations, directives, and IC standards as related to information management.

Responsibilities:

Function as the main point of contact for records management for NRO directorates and offices. Ensuring all NRO records are created, maintained, and dispositioned digitally, driving paper out of all processes. Identifying, drafting, and implementing best practices, policies, and requirements.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics/Science, Data Management, Computer Science, Data Information Warehousing/Mining or related field or two (2) years relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with National Archive and Records Administration (NARA) Records Management practices.
  • Proficient working in a Microsoft Windows environment and using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Desired:

  • Experience with records and information management including archiving and digitization of file plans; SharePoint Administrator experience.
