Job Title: Regional Sales Associate-Midwest/Northwest

Location: Cleveland, OH

Business Unit: Team Wendy

Purpose of Position:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team to expand our law enforcement agency customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in their designated region by engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of our Team Wend products and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create relationships and educate targeted Tier 1 and Tier 2 law enforcement agencies that are currently underserved.
  • Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth with assigned region/ target list.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop, and maintain customer relationships and execute sales strategies.
  • Work directly with respective Regional Sales Manager to align with the region’s overall strategy and growth requirements.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide regular feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM to track customer data, pipeline opportunities and sales performance metrics.
  • Work closely with defined distribution to support opportunities.
  • Regular reporting to sales progress/updates.
  • Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience within the law enforcement channel.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a regional or territory-based role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Cleveland, OH is $55,000 to $65,000 annually.  The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
