Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Scrum Master for an opportunity in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This position requires a hybrid (remote and on-site) work schedule. The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading a team through Agile practices and mindsets for an Enterprise Government Program.

Responsibilities of the Scrum Master:

•      Facilitate daily stand ups, sprints, and internal team meetings.

•      Educate team members through Scrum values and practices.

•      Manage cross collaboration communication between team members to ensure projects are following the proper methodologies.

•      Track the team’s performance against sprint goals and project plans.

Qualifications of the Scrum Master:

•      2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

•      SAFe Certified Scrum Master Certification.

•      Active DoD Secret Clearance.

•      Excellent written and verbal communication.

Compensation for the Scrum Master:

•      Compensation Range: $52-57.00 per hour.
