Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Security Specialist – TS/SCI for a world lead technology organization in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. The Security Specialist – TS/SCI will assist with managing security measures to protect industrial facilities, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities for the Security Specialist – TS/SCI include:

• Assist with solutions related to security assessments, risk management, and compliance with industrial security standards.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities within industrial operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industrial security regulations and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific guidelines.
• Develop and deliver security training programs for employees to enhance awareness and adherence to security protocols.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders within the business, IT, and Engineering to ensure a cohesive approach to security.
• Manage relationships with security vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service and support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the security posture of the organization.

Requirements for the Security Specialist – TS/SCI include:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Ability to work onsite for 5 days a week 9AM-5PM or 10AM-7PM
• Exposure to industrial security or a high interest in pursuing the career path within industrial security
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or relevant work experience.

Compensation of the Security Specialist – TS/SCI:

• $65,000 -$85,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefits package
