Job Summary:
The Supervision Governance and Reporting team is responsible for continuously minimizing risk by identifying areas for improvement within the control environment and promoting transparency and accountability through managing formal governance routines, issues and exam management, and ongoing reporting. As a senior advisor, you will support the Supervision Business Unit Risk Manager (BURM) by focusing on issues management activities, maintaining the control inventory, and ensuring compliance with enterprise risk management standards and processes. You will receive guidance to perform varied work that is somewhat difficult in nature. This role requires evaluation, originality, and ingenuity to make moderately complex decisions. You will resolve or recommend solutions to complex problems, lead defined work or projects of moderate scope and complexity, and maintain extensive contact with internal customers to identify, research, and resolve problems. For highly sensitive or complex issues, you will escalate to and partner with the BURM. You may also be assigned other tasks as needed.
