General Summary:
Qualcomm's Customer Engineering Group supports customers with all aspects of embedded software and systems development. This includes supporting customers with designs, training, debugging, tuning, optimizing, and integrating software. Engineers engage with customers all the way from concept to launch of their product. Candidate will assimilate onto an existing project, understand S/W driver architecture, read/write technical specifications/requirements, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and work closely with external customers to customize and launch their new products.
In the Compute organization, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting edge technology on ARM architecture. You will see first-hand how your work is instrumental in commercializing next generation windows laptops, tablets, and other computing devices. You will have the opportunity to be part of the new Windows on ARM Compute Product line and distinguish yourself by contributing to this state-of-the-art technology.
In this position you will be responsible for helping enterprise customers with Windows on Snapdragon (WoS) compute product commercialization and support enterprise needs for a timely, faster, and smooth product evaluation. You will have the opportunity to show your strong customer support skills by resolving enterprise issues on the WoS platform and the Windows application ecosystem.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$101,000.00 - $152,000.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
