The successful candidate for this position is an experienced professional with strong technical and business acumen. Additionally, this position requires a strong communicator and inclusive collaborator who can drive creativity and enthusiasm in others and is able to employ unique marketing techniques for complex technologies and a complex business.
As the Senior Director, Product Marketing, the position will be embedded within the North American customer team organization, working directly with Qualcomm customers, sales leaders, product managers, engineering leads, and Qualcomm automotive leadership. The demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple domains is essential to be successful in this role. A strong background in the automotive or semiconductor industries, across OEMs and suppliers, is required.
This position is at the epicenter of ensuring that we secure our growth for Qualcomm’s rapidly evolving automotive portfolio.

Pay range:
$224,500.00 - $336,500.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
