As the Sr Engr Cslt- Tech Process Mgmt for the project management office within the AI & D Organization, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of cross-functional initiatives that entails planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and are in adherence to the established standards and processes, within the assigned budget
Oversee business projects and ensure that they are completed on time while ensuring all team members uphold the company's standards throughout each project's development and execution.
Monitoring and executing projects in Agile way, keeping both the process and efforts Lean.
Running scrum end to end for the ongoing products.
Value propositions for pricing and promotions with the collaboration of other department leaders within AI & D to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
Supporting the strategic planning process, roadmap formulation and ensure timely project delivery.
Leading and driving a variety of challenging projects that may be large, complex, and time-sensitive throughout the entire project life cycle, with an appropriate sense of urgency.
Preparing and disseminate/present project progress at all levels of the organization.
Identifying process gaps.
Leading or assisting in optimizing and/or implementing new/existing processes and tools, such as JIRA, Looker, Smartsheet, and other Project Management-related solutions.
Supporting PMO efforts and collaborate across various pillars within the AI&D organization and identify interdependencies, risks, resourcing, and timing.
Developing and executing an integrated plan including establishing governance, reporting, communication, and change management for strategic initiatives.
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
Escalation management and stakeholder communication
Tracking project outcomes against business expectations
Tracking projects over JIRA, Confluence, Anaplan etc. and other project management platforms
Building and presenting reports with the help of tools like, Looker, tableau etc
What we’re looking for...
You should have excellent expertise in project management – Project planning, setting processes and standards in Agile way, managing project resource allocations, monitoring progress, running daily scrum calls, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project. Providing progress reports and calling out the impediments in time
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s/ Graduation degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Two or more years of proven project management experience as a manager leading PMO teams across projects.
Experience integrating multiple projects on JIRA, respective dashboards on confluence, and representing the same.
Experience preparing and standardizing Vendor onboarding processes and tracking the same.
Managing team capacity and bandwidth to ensure the team is well utilized.
Experience with establishing PMO processes and standards.
Good people management skills
Excellent working knowledge of Confluence and JIRA.
Expertise in Project planning, monitoring, tracking budgets and allocations
Team development planning, coaching and mentoring skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Analytical thinking with strong attention to details and technicalities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Since the role is for the AI team, Knowledge of Data science terminologies and key workings.
Certifications (Six sigma / CSM/ Business Analysis / Agile etc.)
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience interacting and collaborating deeply with other lines of business & the ability to work across cross-cultural teams
High organization skills and detail-oriented and comfortable balancing multiple competing projects.
Ability to successfully manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
Ideating and Strategizing project KPI dashboards for quick insights on resources and projects.
Strong communication skills and a team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Knowledge on Anaplan & Budgeting
Basic Data Science understanding
PMI/ PMP Certification/ SAFe certified
Knowledge of UI Tools- Looker, Tableau
