The work you'll be doing is to support mission and business-critical applications within Verizon. You will be enhancing the customer experience and building world class solutions. Under the mentorship of a technical lead who would be supporting you on delivery, you will be responsible for writing the project proposal, project cost estimation, scheduling, project staffing, software process tailoring, project monitoring and control, software configuration management, risk management, managerial report and presentation.

• Planning, Coordinating the test plan / strategy documents

• Driving complex projects and programs to achieve targeted and measured business goals and key objectives.

• Coordinating and scheduling resources across multiple organizations to align project requirements with business goals and objectives.

• Identifying, monitoring, reporting and escalating project-related issues to achieve timely resolution.

• Working with multiple stakeholders to monitor and report on the delivery progress.

• Developing and implementing corrective action plans to mitigate impact to project schedules and overall release.

• Providing clear and concise reports / summary on testing deliverables.

You are driven and motivated, with strong communication and analytical skills. You will be working with multiple stakeholders within wireless teams in understanding and delivering the requirements and design.

• You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Four or more years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in Technical project management 

• Project management, Strategic Planning and  Change management

• Excellent prioritization and planning skills

• Ability to manage, motivate and experience of mentoring and supporting team members

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Patent experience and submission.  

• Certifications in AI

• Experience working in Agile teams, Agile Delivery and release management skills
