Your day-to-day
Onboarding strategy:
Define and execute a roadmap for user onboarding workflows, focusing on seamless provisioning and activation of core business functions.
Design and implement automated rules and policies for risk, compliance, privacy, and legal requirements, ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards.
Work with engineering teams to design APIs that enable seamless onboarding and provisioning, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Drive scalable adoption in partnership with engineering and commercial teams:
Use analytics to track onboarding performance, identify pain points, and optimize workflows to improve user success rates and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to address potential risks and ensure onboarding processes meet security, legal, and compliance standards.
Scale solutions using voice of customer:
Address regional variations in onboarding needs, payment methods, and regulatory requirements to deliver localized yet scalable solutions.
Analyze API usage data, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform priorities, identify areas for improvement, and drive adoption strategies.
What you need to bring
8+ years of product and platform experience.
Hands-on experience with APIs, automation tools, and backend systems related to onboarding and customer provisioning.
Proven experience working with risk, legal, privacy, and compliance teams to design and implement secure, compliant workflows.
Strong understanding of online and in-person checkout experiences, digital wallets, and payment systems.
Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, PSD2, and AML/KYC requirements.
Bachelor’s in computer science or related technical field is helpful in preferred
