Meet the team
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to design and deliver seamless onboarding experiences that empower users to perform core business functions such as provisioning, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements. In this role, you will own the strategy and development of user onboarding workflows, working closely with risk, legal, privacy, and compliance teams to build robust, automated processes that scale globally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API integrations, policy automation, and end-to-end customer experiences, including checkout and digital wallets. Your expertise will enable the creation of intuitive and secure experiences for both online and in-person interactions, ensuring user satisfaction and operational excellence.

Your day-to-day

Onboarding strategy:

  • Define and execute a roadmap for user onboarding workflows, focusing on seamless provisioning and activation of core business functions.

  • Design and implement automated rules and policies for risk, compliance, privacy, and legal requirements, ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards.

  • Work with engineering teams to design APIs that enable seamless onboarding and provisioning, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Drive scalable adoption in partnership with engineering and commercial teams:

  • Use analytics to track onboarding performance, identify pain points, and optimize workflows to improve user success rates and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address potential risks and ensure onboarding processes meet security, legal, and compliance standards.

Scale solutions using voice of customer:

  • Address regional variations in onboarding needs, payment methods, and regulatory requirements to deliver localized yet scalable solutions.

  • Analyze API usage data, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform priorities, identify areas for improvement, and drive adoption strategies.

What you need to bring

  • 8+ years of product and platform experience.

  • Hands-on experience with APIs, automation tools, and backend systems related to onboarding and customer provisioning.

  • Proven experience working with risk, legal, privacy, and compliance teams to design and implement secure, compliant workflows.

  • Strong understanding of online and in-person checkout experiences, digital wallets, and payment systems.

  • Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, PSD2, and AML/KYC requirements.

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or related technical field is helpful in preferred

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $96,900 to $234,267
