Advanced concepts, principles and practices of financial services/corporate access and Equity Capital Markets Corporate travel policies. Database management. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other applications necessary to perform job functions. Skill in:
Researching, planning and arranging roadshows, marketing events, investor field trips and analyst marketing trips. Establishing and maintaining relationships with hotels and other meeting space providers, as required. Gathering and communicating customer requirements. Organizing small group activities in conjunction with industry events. Providing on-site coordination of meetings and events, as required. Managing event budgets and preparing vendor disbursement payments and expense reimbursement. Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications. Ability to:
Coach and mentor team members and provide training in roadshow planning methodologies. Partner with other functional areas to accomplish objectives. Ability to set goals, prioritize and work in an organized manner while adhering to tight deadlines. Facilitate meetings, ensuring that all viewpoints, ideas and problems are addressed. Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in a related discipline and a minimum of five (5) years in corporate access and /or financial services. ~or ~
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience approved by Human Resources. Licenses/Certifications:
