Job Description:

The Opportunity:

As a Signals Analyst, you will be tasked with supporting the Signal Analysis Team (SAT) within ARAT for Post Deployment/Production Soft ware Support (PDSS/PPSS) of U.S. Army Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) and Target Sensing Systems (TSS).

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret data and descriptions of RF capabilities of a system

  • Understand how a system functionally operates and use that information to create simulation requirements and detailed guides to the functionality of the system

  • Discern which design and functional characteristics of radar systems affect which characteristics of an emitted radar signal

  • Communicate with outside intelligence agencies to eliminate ambiguities

    Qualifications:

    Required: 

    • US Citizenship

    • Active Secret Level Clearance. TS/SCI clearance preferred

    • 2 years of relevant experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline

    • Strong RF Theory and applications knowledge

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful, and able to work independently

    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

    • Flexibility to work with changing requirements as developed and communicated from customer feedback

    • Eagerness to improve efficiency and streamline procedures

    Desired:

    • 3-5+ years of relevant experience

    • Knowledge and understanding of RF Engineering and Electronic Warfare (EW)

    • Knowledge of Excel functions

    • Experience with GitLab & CI/CD style workflow

    • Experience in technical writing
