Key member as part of the Central Strategy team with emphasis on “Transformation, Advisory & Governance”. The role requires you to primarily work with the senior leadership team and all functional teams to design, implement and govern organization-wide strategic initiatives. You will be a member of the Program Management Team and work closely with Product owners and Business Owners responsible for defining or reviewing Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team. A key activity is to drive and make visible the product backlog, or the prioritized list of requirements for future product development in collaboration with the Intranet Dev team.
What you'll be doing
Managing and making visible the product backlog, or the prioritized list of requirements for future product development.
Being available to the development team at all times to answer any questions team members have regarding the customer’s needs and the customer's views of how the team is implementing a product feature.
Developing process documentation for enterprise Tools in collaboration with the Development team and Business Stakeholders.
Working closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right problem is solved. This can involve sharing market research and competitive analysis with the team to best focus their efforts.
Contributing to the work of the Product Manager as they define a product differentiation strategy.
Creating the product vision and roadmap which accomplishes the goal of the vision in collaboration with the Intranet Dev team.
Developing positioning for the product. Work with a cross-functional team in planning a product release. Tracking progress towards the release of a product. Defining needs and the associated features to meet those needs.
Advocating on behalf of the customer for the development team. Prioritizes defect or bug resolution.
Communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization, including development teams, product managers, and functional leaders.
Developing and implementing deliverables including decks and customer journeys to visualize the customer experience across different touchpoints and tie pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Reviewing close-loop feedback mechanisms to gather valuable insights on employee satisfaction, expectations and preferences in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely research and solution
Staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in employee experience and employee journey maps.
Supporting scrum values by adhering to the scrum principles and practices along with the scrum team’s specific approaches.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or two or more years of experience.
Experience in Program Management and Product management.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Advance level knowledge of Microsoft office and Google suite
Strong decision-making, critical thinking, problem-solving skills with the aptitude to convey complex data concepts in business terms.
Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented, collaborative work environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and lead cross-functional teams.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Exposure to internal/ external tools
Program management certifications like PMP etc.
Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies.
Knowledge on Agile, scrum, Jira
Experience in improving employee/customer experience.
Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements and project management practices.
