The Commercial Data & Analytics is a part of the Verizon Global Services (VGS) organization. As part of this team, you will be helping to create and deliver comprehensive reports and insights for Site Optimization and Real Time Marketing efforts across digital and non-digital channels for Mobile and Home customers. We are looking for an analyst to empower our Business Analytics and Insights teams to help arrive at a best in class customer experience in digital and non-digital channels. Work with extended teams like development, Adobe tagging, marketing PODs, Agile Teams, etc
Responsibilities include:
Create comprehensive reporting for A/B or MVT tests
Generate insights and recommend to business or product owners the best experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
Develop and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and processes
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of experience experiments
Ability to create presentation and make presentations to multiple audiences
Provide technical guidance and collaborate with Development and Tagging teams
Work hand in hand with the Real Time Marketing Pods and Test leads
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
What we’re looking for…
You will need to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another technical field
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Deep understanding of Digital Analytics and campaign measurements
Experience in tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc
Ability to write SQL queries and scripts
Experience working in Content square, session replay or tools with similar capabilities
Working knowledge of One Jira or any ticketing tool
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and research capabilities
Even Better if you have one or more of the following:
Master’s degree or PhD in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of relational databases like Teradata, EDW data warehouses
Experience with dashboard creation using visualization tools (Tableau/QLIK)
