Position Specific Description

1.    Contract Negotiation and Management:

• Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts with benefit providers, insurers, brokers, and vendors.

2.    Contract Administration:

• Manage the life cycle of benefit contracts, from initiation to renewal or termination.

3.    Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as the primary point of contact for benefit contract-related inquiries from internal stakeholders, including HR-benefits, finance, and legal teams.
• Work closely with benefits operations, align benefit strategies with organizational goals.

4.    Reporting and Analysis:

• Analyze benefit contract data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost savings.

Job Overview

Employees in this job are responsible for establishing, implementing, and publishing metrics, reporting, analysis that impacts institutional, divisional and departmental strategy and goals. This role serves as a mentor to lower level colleagues.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Serves as a strategic partner to HR and business unit(s) in managing the needs assessment, design, and implementation of customer solutions related to HR analytics
• Performs complex analysis, develops alternative recommendations, and formulates implementation strategies to meet customer needs
• Develops dashboards and presentations
• Participates in market surveys and benchmarking of HR programs
• Participates in validation and testing of reporting tools
• Participates in or leads one-or-more special projects
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 4+ years

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
