Job Description

This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds - flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.

Job Summary:

Provides direction, leadership and support for a cross site functional area in Operations. This person will set the strategy for functions and processes in assigned area and is responsible for overall execution. Individuals at this level should have a strong understanding of the firms different businesses and be considered a role model with strong expertise in functional area. This position will have extensive contact with senior management across the firm.

    Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Will typically have at least 10 - 12 years’ experience in financial services including significant experience (7 – 9 years) in leading diverse operating groups.

    Licenses/Certifications:


  • SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.

  • Series 99 or equivalent required or ability to obtain within 120 days. Other licensing as required.
