Purpose of Position:
We are looking for a creative and analytical thinker with the main responsibility of supporting the entire development process through engineering and project management, conceptual and detailed design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, performance analysis, technical documentation, and configuration management. This role will support the development of manufacturing processes across a diverse range of technologies required to manufacture products of the company. A liaison between ballistic product development and manufacturing, this individual will collaborate within a cross-functional planning team for all new or revised processes / products.
To be successful as a Senior Project Engineer in the product development team, you should demonstrate a sound understanding of industrial processes and concepts, be able to work well in a team, and contribute to the overall goals of the team. Outstanding Senior Project Engineers are self-starters with an insatiable curiosity, a superb work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to lead others. We are looking for a candidate that has strong organizational skills, work ethic, and ability to lead multiple projects and complete tasks in a high energy environment.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Cleveland, OH is $90,000 - $120,000 annually. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
