Job Description

This Summer Associate role will be a member of the Credit Card Acquisitions team responsible for establishing healthy credit member relationships to drive sustainable retail and small business portfolio growth. The “A-Team” oversees Acquisition Offer Management, Performance Monitoring, and New Product Development. This role will support launch of new or refresh of existing credit card product.

The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2025 and ending in August 2025. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or later.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in related field (Business, Economics, Analytics)
  • Experience with research, analysis, and data manipulation
  • Strong strategic, change management, and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial services/payments a plus
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort working with large datasets and telling stories with data
  • Experience using data and analytic tools such as: PowerBI, SQL, or Tableau 
  • Ability to work independently and think outside of the box
Responsibilities
  • Become integrated into and participate in the day-to-day strategy, analysis and operations of the team
  • Interview internal stakeholders to identify systems and frontline requirements
  • Develop and present proposal on findings from analysis and internal/external research to senior executives
  • Create and execute go-to-market product plan including change management, performance and marketing
  • Collect, digest and synthesize competitive intelligence data from various sources to develop data driven narratives and strategic recommendations for new product launches and innovation
