The Process Improvement and Automated Systems team plays a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Savings and Membership Department. Our team strives to optimize processes

At the heart of our mission is the continuous pursuit of excellence, driving us to create and implement automated solutions that not only streamline operations but also contribute to an exceptional member experience.The Summer Associate will collaborate with either a junior or senior developer to construct an innovative automated solution designed for a specific Division within the Savings and Membership Department. In addition to this pivotal partnership, the Summer Associate will also have the opportunity to engage in enriching experiences such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and various networking events.
The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2025 and ending in August 2025. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or later.
