The Opportunity:

Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as a Systems Architect supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program that supports over 45,000 users executing naval ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Design architecture including software, hardware, and communications to support total requirements

  • Provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces

  • Identify, assess, and present options for meeting functional and technical requirements

  • Design high-level system diagrams and architectural documentation

  • Ensure systems comply with open systems architecture standards

  • Evaluate and solve problems of workflows, organization, and planning

  • Develop architectural solutions that integrate legacy and modern systems

  • Research, identify, select, and test technology products

  • Establish and implement technology integration strategies

  • Stay current with industry trends and new technologies

  • Work on advanced, complex technical projects

  • Provide architectural guidance to development teams

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in systems architecture

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles

  • Experience with architectural frameworks and patterns

  • Understanding of system integration concepts

  • Experience with technology evaluation and selection

Desired:

  • Experience with DoD/Navy programs

  • Knowledge of DoD architectural frameworks

  • Cloud architecture experience

  • SAFe certification

  • Security architecture expertise

  • Experience with legacy system modernization

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture

  • Understanding of DevSecOps practices

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
