Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking multiple Top Secret/SCI Cleared Test Engineer with backgrounds in National Security Space to join our SETA team in El Segundo, CA. For this effort we are providing support technical advisory services to the United States Space Force's Space Systems Command and Space Operations.
Program Overview:
In this effort, you will be a part of a specialized team supporting Government weapon systems program offices with systems acquisitions and program management support on various capability development programs that are intended to protect and defend the Nation's most valuable space assets. Our team is at the forefront of the advising and assisting the Government throughout the full lifecycle of systems acquisition processes that enable in most instances, rapid fielding to meet warfighter needs. The goal is to provide new technological implementation/delivery that will aid in the effort to maintain space superiority with unmatched warfighting capabilities while disrupting adversaries in the contested space domain.
General Duties:
• Document program test strategy and plans, test scenarios and test requirements
• Work with contractors to ensure developmental test objectives are consistent with applicable standards, instruction and policy.
• Work with Government developmental and operational test agencies/organizations to develop the adequate test methodology consistent with the program manager’s expectations
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree and (5+) or more years of experience in:
o technical programs, systems engineering and test policy/execution of large-scale space-based and ground-based space systems and/or new start technical demonstration space and ground systems.
o With test planning and documentation development.
o With test requirements development.
o With test engineering process and tool development.
o With Department of Defense Test & Evaluation.
• In-scope security background investigation (T5 or SSBI), adjudicated for SCI eligibility and enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable).
