Job Summary
The Treasury Management Sales Officer is an experienced sales consultant / officer position responsible for the development of TM business for a deposit centric prospecting base, geographic area or market segment. This position partners with relationship managers and regional presidents in a consultative selling role and is responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a strategy to retain and fully penetrate new treasury management relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develops sales plans for territory and key customer accounts and deposit centric targets
Increased autonomy in managing assigned territory, requiring minimal assistance from management
Actively shares knowledge and market experience with peers, less experienced team members, and is a participant in TM initiatives.
Recognizes and supports our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company

Oversees all Marketing collateral as it relates to depository and Treasury Management products;
Performs periodic Marketing / Sales campaigns;
Provides education and knowledge of products to internal partners and to existing and prospective clients.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of
Experience exceeding established sales and customer satisfaction goals
Experience in business development or sales of treasury management products and services to deposit centric companies
Strong knowledge of treasury management product and services

Skill in
Strong negotiation and influence skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong presentation skills

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
Education/Previous Experience
Bachelor%26rsquos Degree required
6-8 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, business development, or treasury management
6-8 years of business-to-business sales experience or treasury management sales experience with deposit centric industries
