About this Role

If you enjoy working with a great group of professionals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy using your organizational skills, then we have a role for you! Potelco, Inc. is looking to add an experienced Truck Driver to join their team in Fredrickson, WA.

The Truck Driver is able to perform Pre-Trip Inspections, loads and secures equipment and materials, and safely operates commercial vehicles in accordance with federal and state guidelines. The ability to work in a team environment that interacts effectively with customers is required.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm 

Pay: $38.53/hour

What You'll Do

  • Performs complete Pre-Trip Inspections of commercial vehicles driven or hauled.

  • Loads and unloads vehicles, off-road equipment, or materials.

  • Secures loads with proper chains, binders, or straps.

  • Determines the safest and quickest delivery routes.

  • Obeys all state and federal laws and regulations that pertain to operating a commercial vehicle.

  • Reports any known vehicle or equipment defects noted directly to Fleet Maintenance.

  • Fills out proper paperwork for permits and timesheets.

  • Maintains a clean and efficient work area.

  • Performs other related duties of a comparable level and type as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Pass a pe-employment drug and alcohol screening.

  • Class A CDL (required)

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is - depending on experience and qualifications.
