Zachary Piper Solutions is searching for a Warehouse Management System Trainer to support an Enterprise Government Client. The Warehouse Management System Trainer will play a major role in training and coaching warehouse staff. The warehouse for our client is in New Cumberland, PA. The Warehouse Management System Trainer position requires 80% travel at intervals up to 4 to 6 weeks at a time.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Management System Trainer:

• Provide over-the-shoulder coaching and training on the operation of SAP WMS after initial training sessions.
• Participate in daily meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and updates.
• Assist in the review and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures post-training.
• Collaborate in the development of coaching materials and training checklists to enhance training effectiveness.

Qualifications of the Warehouse Management System Trainer:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker or team leader.
• Proficiency in operating a warehouse management system, specifically SAP WMS.
• Familiarity with drafting and revising warehouse Standard Operating Procedures.
• Experience in leading and providing technical direction to warehouse staff.
• Proven track record in warehouse operations, from worker to supervisor or higher roles.

Compensation of the Warehouse Management System Trainer:

• Salary range: $85,000-90,000 yearly + Overtime.
