As the AI&D DMTS - AI Product Manager for Business Enablement Organization, you will be a driving force behind the development and implementation of data science solutions that empower our business to achieve its strategic objectives. You will leverage your deep understanding of data science principles, methodologies, and technologies to solve complex business problems and drive innovation across the organization.

• Discovering insights using data modeling and analysis techniques that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.

• Working on a product team and with a Product mindset.

• Working closely with the stakeholder to prioritize the use cases and build the roadmap

• Leading the design, development, and deployment of data science solutions that address critical business challenges.

• Serving as a technical expert and thought leader in data science, providing guidance and mentorship to other data scientists and engineers.

• Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, identifying opportunities to leverage these advancements for business impact.

• Collaborating closely with stakeholders across various business units to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data science solutions.

• Cross-team collaboration – Work closely with other AI & D pillars like AI Center, Data engineering and ML engineering and other groups

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key technology partners to foster innovation and ensure access to cutting-edge tools and resources.

• Champion a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of data and analytics to inform decision-making at all levels.

• Contributing to the development of intellectual property through the creation of innovative data science solutions and methodologies.

What we are looking for

You have excellent analytical skills, and are eager to work in a collaborative environment with global teams to drive data science applications for business problems, develop end-to-end analytical solutions and communicate insights and findings to leadership. You have strong expertise in VCG/VBG digital sales, Retail and in driving use cases that drive personalization. You are always willing to learn new technologies. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to interact with various stakeholders and cross functional teams to implement data science driven business solutions.

You will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Four or more years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions.

• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.

• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.

• Excellent working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and EDA using Python.

• Excellent Prompt Engineering Knowledge and GenAI.

• Experience in diagnosing business bottlenecks and providing prescriptive recommendation for stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Assertive and objective decision-making skills with the drive to deliver and arrive at solutions.

• Passion for data science and a strong desire to make a real-world impact.

• Ability to groom the team on business process and data analysis.

• Knowledge on model implementation and ability to assess model benefit.

Even better you have:

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Knowledge on orchestrating real-time AI-ML platform.

• Knowledge/experience on GenAI.

• Experience interacting and collaborating deeply with other lines of business & the ability to work across cross cultural teams.

• Expertise in performing thorough data analysis using database queries, spreadsheets, statistical packages & tools, and communicate results effectively.

• Experience with dev-ops and agile models, as well as more traditional functional operating models.

• Ability to interact and provide executive level communications to senior management.
