There are many ways to engage with THF to lend your Time, Talent and Treasure.

TIME

Give your TIME. There are so many ways, here are just a few!

  • Attend a class – Have dinner with our Fellows and get to know them. We can send you a schedule.
  • THF Coach – This is a three-month commitment to walk one Fellow through the cohort, details available in our Coaching Guide.
  • THF Mentor – Meet with our Fellows after they have completed their cohort to give additional perspective and guidance in your area of expertise.
  • Cups of Coffee Directory – Have a cup of coffee for an informational interview with a Fellow. Your BIO will be included in our Directory and Fellows can reach out based on interest in industry, geography, etc.
  • Mock Interviews – Participate in mock interviews as an interviewer using your own expertise as a recruiter or hiring manager. Occurs once per cohort.
  • Resume Review Board – Review a Fellow’s resume and offer feedback. Occurs once per cohort, after Fellows complete the resume class and work with Coaches and THF staff.
  • LinkedIn – Review a Fellow’s LinkedIn profile. Occurs once per cohort, after Fellows sit the LinkedIn class and work with Coaches and THF staff.
  • Faculty – Donate your time to teach our curriculum.
  • Panel Night Participant – Contribute your expert advice via a panel on 1 of 3 different topics:
    • All things HR (recruiting, hiring, negotiations, compensation, interviewing, retention….)
    • Entrepreneurship
    • Alumni perspective
Each topic is addressed for about one hour and each topic has different panel members. Occurs once per cohort.
  • Networking Events/Graduation – Help the Fellows practice their networking skills in a safe, yet professional, environment.
  • Trek Visit – Host a visit for our Fellows at your company. Educate them on your business, culture, challenges.
