CACI is seeking a Financial Analyst Team Leader to work at CACI Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.
This is a hybrid position and is required to be onsite at least one day per week.
Responsibilities:This position encompasses several duties such as, but not limited to the following:
Serve as the program financial lead, providing strategic guidance and programmatic financial support to government leadership, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and operational objectives.
Manage and oversee all aspects of project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, funding requests, de-obligations, and realignments, while ensuring accurate classification and appropriation of funds.
Perform comprehensive financial reporting, including 75% Funding Notifications, Estimates to Complete (ETC), Estimates at Completion (EAC), Forecast and Budget Reports, Invoice Backup Reports, and other client-specific reports.
Prepare and maintain financial documents, dashboards, and status reports, leveraging analytical tools to track, analyze, and communicate trends to program, line, and financial management.
Develop and execute funding and budget activities, including Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs), MIPR Acceptances, and Funding Support Agreements (FSAs), in coordination with Division Budget Analysts.
Drive efficiency by evaluating and optimizing financial procedures, models, and systems, while providing innovative solutions to improve financial management processes.
Provide technical budgetary support by maintaining up-to-date financial data in MS Excel and SharePoint, and by serving as a resource for budgetary information across appropriated and reimbursable accounts.
Analyze client needs and develop customized analytical dashboards and reports to support programmatic objectives and decision-making.
Ensure accuracy in accounting adjustments and budgetary transactions, maintaining alignment with established guidelines, and suggesting alternative funding solutions when necessary.
Provides input for the development of annual budget submission and engages with client to provide recommendations for funding allocations.
Active Secret security clearance with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI.
BA/BS and 3+ years’ experience (OR) associate’s degree and 7 years’ experience (OR) High School and 9 years of experience.
Experience supporting financial analysis requirements on USG/DoD contracts.
Expert Proficiency in MS Excel.
Analytical skills, abilities, and subject-matter knowledge that supports all aspects of financial management.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of established guidelines and procedures to maximize the utilization of available funds.
Experience reading contract funding mods and MIPR lines of accounting.
Experience with federal funding regulations, appropriation types and associated federal funding regulations.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and quickly respond to new priorities and requirements.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
