As an Intern with the Tax Team, you may have an opportunity to work on:

  • Participating in multi-jurisdiction tax compliance, including Federal, State, Local and International taxes.

  • Supporting product development and the business in general through researching tax laws and regulations, including analyzing their application to specific situations.

  • Demonstrating business and leadership skills through structured assignments and various ad hoc projects.

  • Support research and analysis using a variety of decision support systems and data analytic tools such as Alteryx, Qlik, Power Query, and Power BI to gain insight and drive decision making processes.

  • Handling and analyzing data and information responsibly.

  • Demonstrating creative thinking and initiative geared towards continuous process improvements while working as a team member.

  • Building solid relationships with team members, and proactively seeking guidance and exercising professional skepticism.

  • Participating in end-to-end process creation and/or refinements.

  • Assisting in creating and delivering executive readouts and presentations.

You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered.

In this hybrid internship, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.  This hybrid internship will be based out of Basking Ridge, NJ. If relocation is required, relocation assistance may be available.

You’ll need to have:

  • Ability to complete our 10-week internship that takes place during the summer of 2025.

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

  • Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ.

  • If relocation is part of the package, you must be able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation to the office location.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • An interest in pursuing a career in Tax and learning about how the Tax Organization operates

  • Expertise in analyzing data, facts and other information.

  • Effective analytical, communication, leadership and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership in school, project work, or extra-curricular activities or clubs.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where new challenges come up every day.

  • Demonstrated skills for business success, including project management, problem-solving and the ability to diagnose and meet business demands.

  • Experience with Digital Tools, including but not limited to areas such as Robotics (RPA), Cognitive Computing (NLP/NLG), Analytics (Python, R), Visualization (Qlik, Looker) and Blockchain.
